Dr. Mesrure Kaplan is a Dutch Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, trained in the Netherlands — a country known for having one of the world’s top healthcare systems.

From 1999 to 2021, Dr. Kaplan served as a consultant in the Netherlands, where she treated over 200,000 patients, performed more than 5,000 surgeries, and delivered over 8,000 babies.

Since 2021, she has been practicing in Dubai, continuing her dedication to excellence in women’s health.
